Sacrament is an imagined emo-lite fashion label of Regency London, born from the creation of a perfume for each of the Bennet sisters. The vision curated around Mary Bennet was pious, strict, and shaped by religious belief. While developing the visual concept for Mary’s perfume, I settled on a light aesthetic and sought an emotional undertone of thought and quiet romanticism. The images the .ai developed were so strong, they seemed to demand their own clothing line.

Raiment for the Devout Soul
The word raiment evokes a sense of deliberate choice and spiritual purpose. It makes a commanding tagline that says, “If you are devout, this is your brand.” Initially, the tagline was designed to form a religious crown, with a patonce cross paired with a stone-carving-style font for the brand name. In the final version, however, we chose a more traditional print font and placed the tagline centrally within the images. This felt like a choice Mary herself might have preferred.
